![]() Hello there! Yes, yes, I’m still alive, although those of you who have sent in requests that have gone unanswered for so long probably aren’t so happy to see me popping in without answering them. fire emblem fire emblem if fire emblem fates pairing analysis camilla keaton velouria Anonymous The next two skills are here for a similar purpose Trample (unless enemy is on a mount, damage +5) and Odd Shaped (during odd-numbered turns, damage +4) can both stack the amount of damage Velouria can do in a single blow massively, up to +14 against a foot soldier on every other turn! Better Odds (recover 40% HP at the start of odd-numbered turns) gives Velouria some breathing room, recovering some health so she doesn’t need to fly back for healing quite so often, while Bowbreaker (Hit rate and Avoid +50 when the enemy is equipped with a Bow) gives her a fighting chance against any snipers who would seek to pick her out of the sky. But I think you’ll find that this new airborne Velouria can be a terror of the skies, raining death (and maybe a dash of justice?) from above! Axefaire is here, as always with the -faire skills, in order to increase damage. Notes: Again, something of a strange set we’ve got here. Don’t worry they’ll be dead next turn! Velouria (Wyvern Lord) And finally, we’ve got Savage Blow (when user triggers the battle, enemies within a 2 tile radius have their HP reduced by 20% after the battle), which will help soften up tougher foes that Camilla couldn’t reach this turn. ![]() Lunge (select the “Lunge” command to swap places with an enemy after an attack) allows Camilla to more easily break up enemy ranks, letting her get at softer targets even more easily so that she can do her job. Sol (Skill% chance of restoring half the damage dealt to the enemy) and Lifetaker (when user triggers the battle, recover 50% HP after defeating the enemy) are both present in order to keep Camilla healthy, letting her heal off any of the damage she’ll be taking as she sweeps through the enemy lines. ![]() Axefaire (when user is equipped with an Axe, damage +5 during battle) certainly fits, given Berserker can only wield axes, and Axefaire is here in order to further pump the kinds of damage Camilla should be doing. This combination of skills probably looks a little weird, though that class certainly fits Camilla. Notes: I’ll be honest - this is something of a strange set. Now then, on to the class and skill sets! Camilla (Berserker) And at least they aren’t negative! Probably best to let Velouria stick to dealing with physical foes anyway, however. Unfortunately, the trade off is found in the rest of her modifiers three 0 modifiers in Magic, Skill, and Resistance aren’t amazing, though an argument could be made that none of those but Skill are stats she really cares about. And looking at those class pools and stat modifiers, it’s pretty easy to understand why - you’re stacking everything into that Strength so this wolf child can tear her enemies apart with big bruiser classes! What this pairing lacks across the board, it makes up for by pumping everything into Strength and Defense - +5 Strength and +4 Defense is nothing to scoff at! Now, this pairing is one I’ve seen talked a lot about quite a bit. ![]() Velouria: Wolfskin/Fighter/Wyvern Rider.Camilla: Wyvern Rider/Dark Mage/Fighter.
